At the head of the family company founded by his father Achille in 1956, under his leadership the Adler- Pelzer group has become an international reality with 83 factories in 21 countries and 13 R&D centers with a turnover of 1.5 Billions Euro. Proudly from Campania and equally divided between the sea (Naples) and the mountains (Irpinia), the Italian manager was born on 14 April 1960 and graduated in industrial engineering from the University of Basel.
